What types of gears can you manufacture?
We primarily manufacture gears using metals such as steel (mainly special steel) and stainless steel. The sizes we typically handle are module 0.5 to 5, and outer diameters up to φ300mm. However, depending on the shape, we can also process gears larger than these sizes. Additionally, we can perform gear tooth grinding for internal gears and for the small gear side of two-stage gears. Can you accept orders for prototypes or small quantity items?
Yes, we can accommodate orders for prototypes or small quantity items.
If you can provide the drawings, we will review the design and proceed with the most appropriate processing method.
What type of processing are you particularly good at?
Our company specializes in small-lot, multi-item production.
We also offer comprehensive processing from raw materials to finished products, as well as partial processing such as gear cutting (tooth surface grinding).

Can you process cast gears (castings)?
We regret to inform you that we do not process cast gears.
We can process gears from round bars and forged materials.
Can you process other machine parts besides gears?
While gear processing is the main focus of our manufacturing, we also perform shape processing using lathes and machining centers for small quantity items, as well as finishing processes such as cylindrical grinding and internal diameter grinding.
